"I would like to thank Nelson and his team for doing an excellent job on jet washing our garden. I was doubtful at first only due to having a leaflet as you can't be to sure these day's. They are 100% honest and hard working family run business and I would definitely recommend them 👍"

"Nelson and his team did a fantastic job of clearing our garden of some very large unwanted shrubs and completely cutting down some hawthorn trees which were very large. They also cleared all the Ivy from the wall at the back of the garden and disposed of all the unwanted rubbish. They cleared up after them and left everywhere clean and tidy. They did the job in double quick time and we were very pleased with the outcome. He will be coming back in the near future to extend the lawn on all sides with extra turf . Would gladly recommend him and we are glad we chose him to do the job."

"We couldn't be happier with the new patio that Nelson and his team laid for us. From the beginning, we were super impressed with Nelson's passion for the work he does; he came up with lots of ideas and his main priority was making sure he turned the space into what we wanted - a courtyard garden to blend in with our 1903 terraced property, but with the option to park a car in the space if needed. This meant we had to use a combination of materials and Nelson went above and beyond to get the balance right. A lot of work needed to be done beforehand to level the ground but this was no problem for Nelson and his team. The work took 7 days, as Nelson predicted, and he was able to start within 3 weeks of giving the quote - excellent timing so we have our patio for the summer! Thanks to Nelson's incredible attention to detail, the finished product is worth every penny!"

"It's a pleasure to give this review to Nelson and his team for creating my dream. My bungalow is surrounded by lawn, so as age is creeping up I decided to destroy my front lawn to cut down on the endless mowing. Landscaping was my thought which I discussed with Nelson. We combined our ideas as he is 4th generation Landscaping and is very well experienced. I now have my four planting areas edged with railway sleepers, a good choice Nelson, and Cotswold stone on the walkways, again your idea - it looks perfect. Thank you Nelson and for working in the most awful weather too. I see admiring eyes from neighbours."

"I do not write comments on work carried out at my home. But i think that Nelson deserves this . Clean tidy honest job everything explained any problems sorted , no moving the goalposts or trying to cut corners. It's really difficult to trust anyone to do jobs on your home, so many cowboys out there, luckily we got it right with Nelson."

"I cannot recommend Nelson enough for the work he’s recently done for me. He recently completed two large patio areas for me, that had previously been an overgrown mess! The whole process from start to finish has been positive. He completed the works, exactly as described, and he was clean, tidy and courteous. The work was done to a really good standard and timely. I would welcome him back for other work and definitely recommend him."

"Initial meeting fully explained the work and how they were going to complete it. Once work started we discovered a few unknown complications, they gave alternatives of how to move forward. We agreed new approach and work continued to an amazing standard, the new drive looks amazing. Everyone comments how good it looks. The work team were very friendly and respectful, my main contact was always on site during any work and happy to answer any questions or do things to keep the Mrs happy with the progress. All work completed in less that a week and too a very high standard."

"Was concerned about the health and safety of the workers and did not know that part of the work was going to another company who did work for Nelson. Everyone was very polite and work was done on time. It seemed to me that Nelson did a lot of running around collecting sand, cement and aggregate when this could of been delivered but at the end of the day the work was completed in a week. l did not have a breakdown of costs which l was expecting just an email with price and what would be done , administration could be better. I do have a concern regarding guarantee as it's just a piece of paper with no terms and conditions on the back so worried as to how l would stand if anything went wrong."

"We had a steep driveway and front garden we didn't use and wanted this dug out and turned into a paved drive for two cars. This was a massive job and needed a lot of expertise and vision. Nelson was professional from the outset. Great ideas, professional approach, and fairly priced. There were some unexpected delays to the work which were completely out of Nelsons control and he managed this exceptionally well. He kept up to to date at all times and always explained everything clearly. The site was kept tidy with equipment and stock stored so as not to inconvenience neighbours or us. We are absolutely delighted with the finished work - it is incredible what he has achieved. We would 100% commission him to do future work and have already recommended him to several friends!"

"Thank you Nelson for all your hard work! You agreed to the project with short notice, having been badly let down by others. You were then able to accommodate our tight time schedules which we are so grateful for. The work is to the highest standard and Nelson and his team were a pleasure to have around our home. They were able to complete everything with more skill than other companies who had said the project wasn't possible. Nelson was trustworthy, punctual and shared his insight and experience with us in order to get the job done without any issues. The quote was accurate and there were no hidden costs, yet he went above and beyond what we would have expected. We love our new patio and driveway! Thank you again and we look forward to having you back in a few weeks for the next round of work."

"From the initial consultation to the final sign off on the work, Nelson and team were brilliant in redesigning our back garden with beautiful natural stone paving and raised patio areas. They carefully understood our requirements and the quality of work was excellent. The team were always self sufficient and communication throughout the project was great. Would highly recommend them to others and they were in fact recommended to us from friends."

"NS Property Care just completed our back garden- cleared lots of debris, laid a new path, patio and raised flower bed and also installed a new gate and fencing. They completed remedial work to the steps in the front garden too. Nelson was very polite, friendly and professional throughout and has a very trustworthy genuine manner. He discussed all aspects of the job with us beforehand and as he went along. He and his colleague worked really hard and completed the work to a high standard. We are really pleased with it and looking forward to enjoying the improved garden this summer. Would definitely recommend"

"After some online research I chose this local firm to transform my small garden into a manageable space for extended living-in. Nelson is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and completed the job to a high standard. He communicates throughout the whole procedure and discusses any changes you may like along the way. Unobtrusive and trustworthy, he, along with his colleague, just gets on with the job and I would definitely recommend him without hesitation. A job well done."

"My garden was unloved and hadn't had any attention for years. It was overgrown, had brickwork that had collapsed, the grass was patchy and full of holes and weeds. Now, thanks to NS Property Care, I have a garden with a lovely patio area and lawn, rebuilt brickwork and no overgrown bushes. I now have a garden that will be easily maintained and will be perfect for entertaining once we're able to meet friends again. I'm very happy!"
